1. Services Provided

Shocard Worldwide provides social media marketing, content creation, ad management, and automation solutions ("Services") designed to help businesses grow their brand and increase online engagement.

The exact scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in the Client Agreement sent to each client before the start of a project.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary materials (branding assets, access credentials, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Communicate promptly and professionally during the engagement.

  • Make payments according to the terms listed in the invoice.

Delays in client communication, payment, or content approval may affect project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

  • Payments are due as indicated in the invoice.

  • Work will not begin until payment (or the first installment) is received.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If a client fails to make payment, Shocard Worldwide reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received in full.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables for their own marketing and business purposes. Shocard Worldwide retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, case study, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

All pre-existing assets, templates, workflows, and automations created by Shocard Worldwide remain our intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

6. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If a client terminates the agreement early, payment for completed work and any committed time or resources will remain due.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shocard Worldwide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of our services or website.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
